Boards Tales of Xillia Which Tales of game is the best story and character wise and why? User Info: Emmafrost So much to choose from here I'd say to me, it's either Xillia or Abyss. User Info: ryudo I am about halfway into Xillia, and things are starting to ramp up, in the past 3 hours, theres been quite a number of events chained story wise.

Graces is alright, but I'll even take ToD II over it to be honest Destiny II really fun enjoyable game, sure the gameplay was in its earlier stages but it was fun to play and I personally enjoyed it when you had to go to a certain "place" it just added on to the story. You'll hear enough about symphonia, vesperia, and abyss in this topic. As, rightfully so, they are easily the most well rounded as far as story and characters go. Personally 1. Abyss 2. Symponia, and never played vesperia Though, I would like to throw Legendia into the mix.

The story is weak, but the characters are actually really good. The story is mostly happy, magical, friendship yes, its even worse than graces , but the characters progress very believably and in the end they might be one of the better casts. Shame the story, the regression to the old 2d battle system, and the overall mediocre vibe of the game turned most fans off. I personally only played about 10 hours when I bought it years back, but finished about a year ago, and I'm really glad I did.
